Success: What it is and What it isn’t

Success isn’t about how many toys you have, the car you drive, how big and luxurious your home is, the money you make, the degrees or kind or job you have. It’s not about how many friends you have or how handsome, pretty, popular, or healthy you are. It’s not about having kids, a dog, a white picket fence and a nice green yard. It’s not about being in style and following the crowd. It’s not about whether you are an extrovert and very social or an introvert and a homebody. True success is measured in doing what you came here to do. If you are living your purpose, you feel it; you feel a sense of alignment. If you’re on path, you’re a success. If you’re not on path, no big deal either. You’ll be encouraged sooner or later to get back on path. And maybe falling off path is part of the path!

I really think life and being human is far too complicated for anyone of us to pick apart someone’s life and judge it. We are often viewing another’s life through a limited narrow scope of our own conditioning and unhealed wounds.
